Description

Indulge in a delightfully playful dessert with these Potting Soil Pudding Cups! Made with creamy chocolate pudding and topped with a realistic-looking ‘soil’ of crushed Oreos and cocoa powder, these treats are perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

– 2 packages (4-serving size) chocolate pudding mix

– 3 cups milk

– 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed

– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions, using the 3 cups of milk.

2. Divide the prepared pudding evenly among 6 small flowerpots or serving cups.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed Oreo cookies and cocoa powder to create the ‘soil’ topping.

4. Sprinkle the ‘soil’ mixture generously over the top of the chocolate pudding in each cup, covering the surface completely.

5. Refrigerate the Potting Soil Pudding Cups for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pudding to set.

6. Serve the chilled pudding cups and enjoy this delightfully creative and tasty treat!

Notes

For a fun presentation, serve the Potting Soil Pudding Cups in small terracotta flowerpots or other plant-inspired containers. You can also add a small, edible ‘plant’ on top, such as a mint sprig or a piece of candy that resembles a plant stem.
