Description

Indulge in these delectable Pork and Chive Potstickers (Crispy Skirt) – a mouthwatering appetizer with a satisfying crunch and juicy interior. Packed with savory pork and aromatic chives, these potstickers are sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground pork

– 1/2 cup finely chopped chives

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1 teaspoon sesame oil

– 1 tablespoon grated ginger

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 package wonton wrappers

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, chives, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix until well combined.

2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and place about 1-2 tablespoons of the pork mixture in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing the edges to seal.

3. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Working in batches, place the potstickers in the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve the potstickers hot, with a dipping sauce of your choice on the side.

Notes

For a crispy skirt, be sure to pan-fry the potstickers in a single layer and don’t overcrowd the pan. You can also experiment with different fillings, such as chicken or vegetarian options.
