Description

Indulge in the divine flavors of these Gummy Rose Water & Lychee Jellies – a delectable dessert that’s quick and easy to make. Infused with the delicate floral notes of rose water and the tropical sweetness of lychee, these jelly-like treats are sure to delight your taste buds.

Ingredients

– 1 cup water

– 1/2 cup rose water

– 1/2 cup lychee puree

– 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, rose water, and lychee puree. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk the mixture constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the liquid is hot, but not boiling, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the granulated sugar until it has fully dissolved.

4. Carefully pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking dish or individual molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely set.

5. Once set, remove the jellies from the dish or molds and enjoy!

Notes

– For a firmer jelly, add an extra 1/2 tablespoon of gelatin powder.

– Experiment with different fruit purees or essences to create unique flavor combinations.

– Store the jellies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
