Description

Indulge in a delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional pizza crust with this easy-to-make Ground Chicken Pizza Crust. Packed with flavor and a satisfying texture, this recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground chicken

– 2 eggs

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Press the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a thin, even crust.

4. Bake the ground chicken pizza crust for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and cooked through.

5. Top the crust with your favorite pizza toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Slice and serve the Ground Chicken Pizza Crust hot, garnished with fresh herbs or dipping sauces if desired.

Notes

For a crispier crust, you can broil the pizza for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. You can also experiment with different seasonings or add-ins, such as diced onions, bell peppers, or sun-dried tomatoes.
