Description

This 2-ingredient watermelon sorbet is the perfect refreshing treat for hot summer days. It’s quick, easy, and healthy, with just watermelon and a touch of lemon juice blended to icy perfection.

Ingredients

– 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon

– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. In a high-powered blender, blend the watermelon cubes and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish or 8×8 inch pan.

3. Freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until firm.

4. Scoop and serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, use ripe, in-season watermelon. You can also add a splash of vodka or tequila for an adult version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
